Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy. Payments for VIP Tours are final upon receipt and nonrefundable. Cancellations for other tours must be at least three days in advance and will be charged a $5 cancellation fee. We only cancel for weather in cases of extreme storms. Proper clothing can ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Layers are advised.
