Lodging cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival date. We will be happy to refund your payment, less a $50 cancellation fee, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
Maximum occupancy 4 people. You will be charged $25/person/night for 1 extra person. Children are expected to be quiet and calm around the animals and keep noise to a minimum to not bother other guests. For the safety of our animals, guests are NEVER allowed to walk around the preserve.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No outside animals or pets are allowed due to the risk to our animals and yours. Please adhere to the policy.
